Make sure to have a meal at First & Oak, a Michelin Plate designated restaurant that blends French and California cuisine. There are many great places to eat in Solvang and the surrounding areas.

One of Solvang’s newest hotels, the Winston is a unique luxury hotel that offers 12 rooms, each with distinct style.
We loved the carefully curated decorations and fine art touches in every corner of the hotel.
Wine Valley Inn & Cottages
A great value, this adorable inn offers comfortable, minimal rooms that are perfectly situated in the center of town.
We loved the private gardens and Koi pond inside the property.
Atterdag Inn
A great value and designed with a Scandinavian aesthetic, this centrally located inn has 8 spacious rooms that were recently remodeled.
Located nearby is the famous Olsen Bakery and many shops to stroll around in.
Santa Ynez Inn
This Victorian is tucked away in Santa Ynez, a short drive from Solvang. It has beautiful gingerbread house trim and other interesting architectural details.
Flying Flags
Located in the adorable Dutch inspired town of Buellton, this campground offers cabins, safari tents, RV hookup spots, campgrounds, and beautiful common spaces.
It’s a great staging spot to visit many of the surrounding areas like Solvang, Pismo, San Luis Obispo, Los Olivos, and more.
